Faith In Action
Community Care is how we live out our mission beyond meetings. We serve children, families, individuals experiencing homelessness, veterans and entire communities through outreach, partnerships and practical support. Healing does not happen in isolation. It happens in community.
Empowering Children
At Chain Breakers Recovery, we believe healing and hope start young. Prevention is far more powerful than intervention.
We partner with Art for Hope Studio and the Fearless Movement Mental Health Art Camp for Kids to provide safe, creative environments where children can express emotions, build resilience and develop healthy coping skills.
Our team works alongside instructors and mental health professionals to ensure children feel supported, valued and heard. Through art, children learn emotional tools many adults in addiction never had the opportunity to develop.
We also collect and distribute school supplies across multiple districts, helping children begin the school year confident and prepared. Beyond programs and supplies, we provide support for children and families affected by addiction so they know they are not alone and that healing is possible.
Healing For Families
Addiction does not affect just one person, it impacts the entire family.
At Chain Breakers Recovery, we walk alongside families with compassion, peer support and practical guidance through every stage of the recovery journey. Through outreach, community connection and safe spaces for healing, we help families find understanding, rebuild trust and restore stability together.
Our mission is to bring hope where there has been pain, and strength where there has been struggle. No one should have to carry the weight of addiction alone, and here, no one has to.
Hope For The Homeless
Everyone deserves dignity, love and the chance to start again.
Many individuals we serve experience homelessness due to addiction, mental health challenges or life circumstances beyond their control. We meet people where they are, providing food, clothing, hygiene items and pathways to recovery and sober living.
Through outreach and partnerships, we replace isolation with belonging and despair with hope. Every conversation and act of care moves someone closer to restoration.
No Veteran Fights Alone
We stand beside the men and women who have served our nation with courage and sacrifice. Many veterans face unseen battles with addiction, trauma, transition challenges and mental health struggles long after their service ends.
At Chain Breakers Recovery, we provide connection, peer support, recovery meetings and practical resources designed to help veterans rediscover purpose, rebuild community and find lasting healing. Through understanding, fellowship and a safe environment grounded in compassion, we walk alongside those who have given so much.
No veteran should ever have to fight alone and together we help carry the weight toward freedom and restoration.

Chain Breakers Recovery is deeply committed to Camden, New Jersey and Kensington, Pennsylvania, communities that have been profoundly impacted by addiction and hardship. Many members of our team once walked these same streets searching for hope and now return with compassion, purpose and a message of restoration.
Through outreach initiatives, service projects, community partnerships and consistent presence, we work to rebuild neighborhoods one act of love at a time.
